The Universe is Energy on the inside and Mass from the outside.
A Blackhole is Mass from the outside and Energy on the inside.

If someone inside the Universe is looking out, it’s hard to explain.
If someone outside a Blackhole is looking in, it’s hard to understand.

Depression is a Blackhole.
Saint is the Universe.

All Energy turning into Mass.
A Blackhole gives birth to the Universe with the Big Bang!

Opening the Heart,
A Depressed becomes the Saint.

The sufferer was Gautama Buddha.
The sinner was Jesus Christ.
The seeker was Lao Tzu.

Anxiety is the Universe.
Genius is a Blackhole.

All Mass becomes Energy,
The Universe meets death through a Blackhole in a Whimper.

Closing the Mind,
The Anxious turns into a Genius.

The daydreamer was Isaac Newton.
The light-chaser was Albert Einstein.
The stargazer was Stephen Hawking

Energy feeds a Blackhole.
Mass nurtures the Universe.

Love heals Depression.
Truth cures Anxiety.

Perfect Beauty.
Beautiful Perfection.

Cosmic Consciousness.
Conscious Cosmos.

God.

One walk, one run, one swim, one flight;

One drink, one meal, one picnic, one feast;

One smile, one look, one touch, one massage;

One hug, one kiss, one friend, one lover;

One child, one woman, one man, one elder;

One person, one couple, one family, one generation;

One village, one town, one city, one state;

One race, one nation, one civilisation, one planet;

One lesson, one experiment, one project, one education;

One hour, one shift, one job, one career;

One dollar, one buy, one company, one economy;

One animal, one bird, one fish, one ecology;

One seed, one tree, one forest, one environment;

One thing, one idea, one act, one movement;

One place, one way, one day;

One people, one world, one dream;

One body, one mind, one heart, and one soul at a time?
